I have pain and ache from yesterdays bull... I did pretty good and did 18 seconds two times in a row actually, then I had to give up as I had a dress on and that gave me so much pain on the thighs... And now I have black dots all over them! What did the Bull do to me?!
But my muscle pain is starting to go away from my shoulders now, but it is just the fact that it was twisting, pulling and just being horrible to the muscles in such a drastic way... Or maybe I am just unfit haha, that is one possibility as well :P
