Prawn pie/räkpaj
Sooo looking forward to dinner!! Just peeled 650g prawns (or shrimps, I don't know the different haha) and made a pie shell from just butter and flour. Then bunged it in the oven for 20 min whilst I still was peeling those bloody prawns/shrimps, it took ages! And only gave me half a bowl :O but lucky me I had some ready peeled in the freezer as well :P then I made a cheese sauce/gue with Philadelphia and shrimp soft cheese, egg and milk to poor over the prawns/shrimps ( I'll rename them, pramps) then put some dill over it and (oh bugger! I should have put cayenne in, my fav spice!) and then put some grated cheese over the pramps. And now it is in the oven, soon ready to be eaten! Yes man! That is pie à la Kajsa :D
