Winter Top 10!

So I love the Autumn and Winter, it is my favourite season (exept for spring haha). But I do know there is so many people who hates it, thats why I am doing my Top 8 top 10 list for the Winter! Haha

 

(no specific order)

1.       Donald Duck at Christmas in Sweden

-          Donald Duck gives you that special feeling and makes everyone laugh... and that it has been a tradition in Sweden since colour TV came, I think it was 1960ish) it has been a big hit. There is no Christmas without Donald Duck in Sweden!

 

2.       Jackets, Coats and gloves

-          There is nothing cosier to wrap up warm, put layer on layer, dress extra fashionable and mix and match different styles and maybe tone it down with a pink scarf.

3.       Cinema

-          For some reason, maybe it is perfect timing for releasing movies till Christmas haha, but I love cinema and just to walk in and buy some popcorn (or smuggle some into the salon as it is soo expensive haha). It just have that special feeling that make you all warm inside, to sit down and forget about everything. Get away from trouble and move your bum our from the sofa to experience the cinema.

4.       Snow lanterns

-          BEST. THING. EVER! But that requires snow though, something we don’t have here in England.. haha But snow lanterns are one of the nicest and prettiest things ever.. I could stare at them for ages and just be amazed that it actually works. So pretty, specially to put along the walk to the house.. Hmm, I might ship in some snow this year actually, just to make snow lanterns.. haha

5.       Hot beverages.

-          Hot chocolate, tea (not so keen for tea but it works), soup.. anything liquid that is warm, is a thumbs up in the winter! It keeps your fingers warm and fills your stomach, plus I love that warm feeling when it runs down the throat and land in the stomach. Just so nice to be half cold and then drink something warm J

6.       Seat heating

-          Something we don’t have at the moment, is seat heating... in the car of course.. And I have never seen it in a English car, but I LOVE IT. Who doesn’t want to have a warm bum when driving the car? It just feels like it is a must to have... Some people hate it though as they feel like they have peed themselves... If that is the case, I must try it as I love a warm bum! Haha

7.       Fireworks

-          Such another good thing, to wrap up warm and go outside, get a pain in the neck and just enjoy the view. 5^th of November or New Years, best times ever. And I’ve been to one cool show with fireworks when I first got here, they had build a theme park around the fireworks and played it to the music and it was incredible.

8.       Generosity

-          Everyone seems to get nicer as well, which Im giving the thumbs up for! Always good to feel better, and cosier, take more care of the family and actually endorse each other. Winter makes me feel more family and I got crazy sick to see my family, maybe it is because its so dark outside and they lighten up my day (cheesy, I know haha). But its true, they are my everything back home in Sweden and I wish to visit them more often... I really do, it feels wrong that I am spending more time with people over here than my own family. Btu that is life, at some point I will move back and be close to them again. But that doesn’t mean I will visit them all the time haha, just means they are closer and it feels better not to have to worry if something happens. That it is so easy to just take the car over and be there for them.

I still have a life outside my family, even though they mean shit loads to me. To have them close to me would mean more to me than to visit them all the time.

 

Well, I actually don’t have a 9 and a 10.. haha Or I do, but they are obvious ones :P But that was my winter top 10!
