Lunch time

This was amazing! German bread and soft cheese, absolutely brill! Feels like I am in Sweden all over again, dark bread is really hard to find here... Everyone is obsessed with toast, thin, thick, medium, no crusts, whole grain, white, 50 50, small ones, extra large ones... And they combine all these and get all kinds of toast you can ever wish for!! I want real bread, dark bread... Not what you think is whole grain, it still have a white colour! Therefor, thank you Germans for your influence in the english bread cabinet!
