Happy Cinnamon Bun Day!

So after all preparations yesterday, 9-10 trays of buns were taken out frmo the oven and ready to eat. In total, 6 bags with 20ish buns in each, LET THE DAY BEGIN!!!

So far I've had one bun, but there will be more!

I don't really know the tradition behind it, but Wikipedias explination was to celebrate the Swedish Bun eating haha and just to dedicate a whole day to it. Well, I am NOT complaining, I love cinnamon!! But some of the buns are vanilla as well, as I know cinnamon isnt everyones cup of tea...

So I still have one bag at home, is it weird to look forward to the buns as dinner?... haha
(or there is still some left-over chinese for me actually, as I didnt cook yesterday cause the kitchen was packed with flour!)
